The design intent behind Makers Mile was to create spaces for businesses and people to come together. These low-maintenance spaces are versatile and cater to various needs, from warehousing to burgeoning start-ups, trades people with growing businesses, and e-retailers needing a new place to call home. Access is simple, with roller doors ranging from 3 to 6 metres.

More than just a workspace, Makers Mile offers a shared BBQ/community area, on-site parking, dedicated cycle spaces, and around- the-clock security, providing an environment for a new Makers collective to flourish.
